We put people before profits

See our team

We have an established reputation in Sierra Leone as a significant contributor to the local economy and as a proponent of its human development strategy. Since 2015, we have created over 200 local jobs and supported communities with equipment, training, and working capital as part of our precious mineral trading efforts.

  • Sustainability

We have a strong track record and ambitious 5-year sustainability target. To achieve our goals, we hire, train and invest in local talent and their communities.

  • Responsibility

As good stewards of indigenous mineral properties, we recognize the importance of purposeful governance that promotes lasting social and economic benefits for our local stakeholders, while driving shareholder value.

  • Environmental
    protection

Our responsible mining practices follow “do no harm” principles that protect our people, the environment and its biodiversity.

  • Commitment

We commit to efficiently leveraging our leadership and labor force to develop compelling mineral projects that we have sourced as first movers in Sierra Leone. As development scales into production, we pledge that our community development initiatives remain commensurate with our growth.
